I keep asking the same question over and over

the deck gives you the answer you need, not the one you want. re-pulling doesn't change that

I had this phase. my rule now: same question, one pull per week. max

usually it means you already know the answer and you're fishing for permission

try rephrasing instead of re-pulling. 'what am I refusing to see about this' hits different

I put my deck away for a week when I caught myself doing this. came back with cleaner questions

not unhealthy, just human. but the cards start feeling like a slot machine if you keep going

ask once, journal it, then wait. the answer usually grows on you within a few days
